Expense reports

Just how important is it to the constituents regarding a councillors expenses? Recently a big stink was made about Joe Pantalone expensing a bottle of "advil". Now we can understand that there is some stress because of the job, but should we question such minimal charges. Or do we begin to start counting all the nickles and dimes and see just how much it all adds up too.
